Helpful Tips for Your Thanksgiving 2026 Visit

Dine-In Guests and To-Go Orders

 

  • Due to high volume, locations may reach capacity, and certain timeslots may be unavailable to receive orders. Additionally, some items may not be available for purchase.
  • Delivery is not available on Thanksgiving Day, 11/26.
  • A limited menu* is served Wednesday, 11/25, Thursday, 11/26, and Friday, 11/27.
  • Heat & Serve Thanksgiving Feast and Family Dinner must be ordered 12 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Order Thanksgiving Heat & Serve online.
  • Use the “I’m Here” button in your confirmation email to alert the staff when you arrive to pick-up your order. See below for pick-up instructions for Heat & Serve and Thanksgiving Day.
  • Pay for your meal without standing in line at the cash stand by using our Pay & Go. Simply scan the QR code on your check and pay from your phone.

To-Go/Heat & Serve Pick-up Instructions

 

Thanksgiving Heat & Serve meals are available for pick-up from Saturday, 11/21 through Sunday, 11/29. For Heat & Serve orders scheduled for pick-up Tuesday, 11/24 through Thursday, 11/26, as well as all to-go orders for Thanksgiving Day, 11/26, please follow the steps below. For all other Heat & Serve orders, please follow the pick-up instructions in your order receipt email.

 

  • Follow the Holiday Meal signage at your store for the pick-up area at the back of the store. Upon arriving at pick-up location, please remain in your vehicle and we will bring your order out to you. Please do not park in the curbside pick-up area.
  • In order to provide the fastest possible service, please do not arrive prior to your scheduled pick-up time, as your order will not be ready. Heat & Serve meals are prepared according to the scheduled guest pick up time.
  • The morning of your scheduled pick up, check your email for any important updates or information regarding your order status.
  • When picking up your order, let us know the first and last name of the person who placed your order and have your order confirmation number ready.
